  • Due to a full exhibit hall, tabletop displays or narrow pop-up banners only.
  • Security will be provided during Exhibit Hall hours.  However, do not leave personal items in clear sight and plan to take valuables with you overnight.

​Exhibitor Check-In
  • Exhibitors go directly to the Auditorium on the 3rd floor Conference Center at the State Bar of Georgia.  You can find your table by looking for your table sign. You will find your exhibitor packets with instructions including wifi code, name tags, conference brochure, floor map and bingo card validation stickers at your table. 
  • The Exhibit Hall serves as the hub of the conference with food service within and registration nearby. We value your company and representatives  as experts in your field and encourage our members to take advantage of your expertise.  
  • Your space includes one 2ft X 6ft draped table, one standard ID sign, chairs, and wireless internet access. Electrical access is available at each table with no extra charge.    
  • Meals, breaks and the reception are complimentary for 2 exhibitors.
  • Parking is free.  Validate your parking ticket at the ICLE registration table located in the Exhibit Hall. Overnight parking requires a special overnight validation sticker to avoid overnight charges.

Prize Drawings
  • Our exhibitors are legendary for their generous prizes for the bingo card raffle and fishbowl business card drawings. Feel free to engage in both opportunities. 
  • Bingo card drawings will take place in the Exhibit Hall at the Friday Farewell Lunch (12:40 to 1:20pm) Attendees must be present to win. Drawings begin at 1:00pm from the stage with bar staff drawing and announcing the winners. . 
  • Fishbowl business card raffles are also a great idea. Drawings and prizes can be drawn and presented by exhibitors during the Thursday Evening Reception or at the Conference Wrap Up at 4:35pm on Friday. 
Things we need from you!
Pre-Conference
  • Ship 200 inserts (single and not larger than 5x7) or promo items for attendee bags by Friday, Sept. 13th, 2024 , to State Bar of Georgia, Attn:  Solo Small Firm Institute, 104 Marietta St., NW, 3rd Floor Conference Center, Atlanta, GA 30303. 
  • Ship exhibitor marketing materials and table setup in advance to ​State Bar of Georgia, Attn:  Solo Small Firm Conference, 104 Marietta St., NW, 3rd Floor Conference Center, Atlanta, GA 30303.  
  • ​Shipments will be available at your company's assigned table upon arrival.

​Ways to make the most of your time.  
  • Use #GABARSOLO24 and #GABARLPM to market, message and promote your presence at the conference. 
  • Collaborate and network with another exhibitor. 
  • The use of photography with the State Bar of Georgia Seal or Logo is prohibited. 
Post-Conference ​
  • Fedex or UPS pickup can be scheduled with Security (Joyce) at Exhibitor Registration desk post-conference.  Items will be stored in a secure room for pickup on Monday. Exhibitors are required to arrange for pick up with delivery service provider. Please provide the shipping label with the pickup address: State Bar of Georgia, Attn:  Solo Small Firm Conference, 104 Marietta St., NW, 3rd Floor Conference Center, Atlanta, GA 30303.  
  • A list of attendees with their address will be provided by email post-conference.
